The school achieved its most elevated KCSE average score of 8.01 in 2024 before registering an average score of 7.692 in 2025.
Educational authorities have now established a target average score of 8.50 for future examinations.

Addressing the assembly, Isaboke commended students for their perseverance and urged them to sustain concentration on their objectives.
“Do not permit your background or current situation to determine your destiny,” he stated, motivating students to adopt discipline, diligence and self-assurance as routes to achievement.
Drawing from his own upbringing in Nyamache, the PS informed students that modest origins should never constrain their ambitions, emphasizing that education stands as one of the most influential instruments for changing lives and communities.

To bolster the school’s future advancement, Isaboke revealed intentions to enable its linkage to the national fiber optic network to enhance internet connectivity and broaden digital educational prospects.
He also promised assistance toward supplying computers to improve digital proficiency among students.
The PS indicated that these measures are designed to guarantee that learners in rural and semi-urban educational institutions do not lag behind as Kenya advances its digital modernization agenda.
“This will assist in preparing students with the technological proficiencies necessary to contend in the contemporary economy,” he stated.
The gathering was attended by Board of Management members led by Charles Nyangito, Principal Dr. Lamech Siko Ongige, Abel Kenyanchui, Deputy County Commissioner Joseph Maina, representatives from the Ministry of Education, school principals and additional educational stakeholders.
