The government has issued Gazette notices announcing multiple appointments and re-appointments to various state agency boards and councils across different ministries, all dated May 15, 2026.
These decisions, implemented by Cabinet Secretaries from several ministries, impact organizations in the labor, defense, trade, environment, sports, and health sectors, with all appointments becoming effective immediately.
These selections will determine who oversees billions of shillings, sets policy directions, and ensures accountability in some of Kenya’s most significant public institutions until 2029.
