The National Olympic Committee of Kenya (NOCK) has launched TaifaBot, a ChatGPT-powered chatbot on its website and WhatsApp. The bot provides instant information on Team Kenya athletes, competition schedules, historical Olympic facts, and ticket details in both English and Swahili. It’s a 24/7 digital ambassador for Team Kenya, handling thousands of fan queries simultaneously as we build excitement for Paris, said a NOCK communications official. Early data shows high engagement from the youth demographic.
