Printam and Landmark Holdings Join Forces to Strengthen Kenya’s Affordable Housing Drive
In a major boost to Kenya’s affordable housing initiative, Printam Limited has partnered with global truck manufacturer Howo to supply Landmark Holdings Limited with 13 state-of-the-art concrete mixers. The partnership, announced in Nairobi, seeks to enhance efficiency and speed in the delivery of affordable homes across the country — one of the government’s key development priorities.
Printam’s Chief Executive Officer, Hossein Goudarzi, said the collaboration reflects the company’s commitment to supporting industries that align with the government’s agenda of providing quality and affordable housing. We understand the challenges of the construction sector and want to provide innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective equipment to accelerate project delivery, he stated. The deal is expected to ease logistical bottlenecks and improve productivity in large-scale construction projects, particularly those under the national housing programme.
Landmark Holdings CEO, Harveer S. Sethi, welcomed the partnership, noting that the addition of the new Howo concrete mixers will improve operational capacity and output across ongoing developments. He emphasized that the company’s investment in modern, reliable machinery will reduce construction time while maintaining quality standards. The initiative aligns with Kenya’s vision of expanding access to decent housing for low- and middle-income earners. Howo Sinotrucks also reaffirmed its commitment to providing durable and sustainable construction machinery that supports local industries and promotes economic self-reliance.
The collaboration between Printam, Howo, and Landmark Holdings represents a growing trend in Kenya’s construction sector — where private partnerships are playing an increasingly vital role in supporting the government’s affordable housing goals. As more firms adopt efficient and sustainable technologies, the pace of housing development is expected to rise, giving hope to thousands of Kenyans seeking quality, affordable homes.
