The Anti-Doping Agency of Kenya (ADAK) and Kenya Power Pension Fund (KPPF) revealed openings for high-level management roles to enhance leadership and service quality in their organizations.

ADAK issued a public call for applications to fill the Chief Executive Officer position. Established under the Anti-Doping Act of 2016 with revisions in 2020, the agency is responsible for safeguarding athletes’ rights to compete in clean, doping-free sports. It serves an essential function in maintaining fairness and integrity within Kenyan athletics.

The selected individual will be placed at ADAK Grade 1 with a monthly salary between KSh260,000 and KSh460,000. Applicants must submit their credentials through ADAK’s online recruitment platform, with all materials required to reach the Board Chairman by June 30, 2026.

The successful candidate must obtain clearance certificates from various government bodies, including the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), Higher Education Loans Board (HELB), Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC), and a Credit Reference Bureau (CRB).

Concurrently, Kenya Power Pension Fund has advertised an opening for Manager, Internal Audit and Risk position. As a retirement benefits scheme registered with the Retirement Benefits Authority, KPPF offers pension coverage to permanent employees of Kenya Power and the Nuclear Power and Energy Agency upon retirement or separation from service.

KPPF seeks a dynamic, innovative, and achievement-focused professional to advance its strategic goals and enhance governance frameworks. Applications for this role must be submitted via the fund’s online recruitment system by June 22.

Both organizations highlighted their dedication to equal employment opportunities, encouraging applications from women, persons with disabilities, and marginalized community members. These recruitment initiatives demonstrate public institutions’ continued focus on attracting qualified professionals who can improve accountability, transparency, and operational efficiency in serving Kenyan citizens. Only shortlisted candidates will receive further communication, and any attempts to influence the selection process will result in immediate disqualification.
