To finally eradicate the perennial issue of age-cheating and duplicate player registrations, all FKF National Division leagues will now use a centralized biometric registration system. Players will register using fingerprint and facial recognition, creating a unique, unalterable ID tied to their football career. This is the death knell for ‘miracle’ players who get younger each season. It ensures fairness and integrity from the grassroots up, declared an FKF integrity official. The system rollout begins in the 2025/2026 season.
