Africa Tech Summit Nairobi has announced the opening of applications for its 2026 Investment Showcase, set to take place on February 11–12, 2026, at the Sarit Expo Centre. The prestigious event will once again bring together innovators, investors, and tech leaders from across the continent and beyond, offering a rare opportunity for African startups to pitch their groundbreaking solutions directly to global and regional investors. Now in its eighth year, the summit has grown into a key platform for accelerating Africa’s digital transformation and nurturing high-impact ventures.
The Investment Showcase aims to spotlight scalable startups developing solutions in emerging sectors such as Fintech, Web3, Healthtech, Agritech, Edtech, Climate Tech, Artificial Intelligence, and Insurtech. Selected startups will have the opportunity to present live on stage before an audience of more than 2,000 industry stakeholders, including venture capitalists, corporate executives, and fellow entrepreneurs. Beyond the pitches, participants will benefit from mentorship sessions, curated networking events, and investor matchmaking designed to foster long-term partnerships and access to growth capital.
To qualify, applicants must be African-founded or headquartered on the continent, with at least one African co-founder. Ventures are required to present in person during the summit, and due to limited slots, applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Organizers have encouraged early submissions before the December 18, 2025 deadline. With investor interest in Africa’s innovation landscape growing steadily, the 2026 showcase promises to further bridge the gap between bold ideas and the funding needed to scale them. As the continent’s tech ecosystem matures, the Africa Tech Summit Nairobi continues to serve as a vital launchpad for startups shaping the future of African enterprise.
