The first cohort of 200 coaches graduated from Kenya’s Para-Coach Certification program on December 2, 2025 (News #319)—including 84 women, 32 persons with disabilities, and 22 from ASAL counties. Training covered 12 sports, adaptive equipment, inclusive communication, and trauma-informed coaching. I used to see disability—I now see potential, said graduate Evans Mwangi (football). All graduates are placed in county academies or schools. CAF has adopted the curriculum for its *Inclusive Leadership Diploma*. A second cohort of 500 opens in February 2026.
