Mandera County Unveils Draft Budget for FY 2023/24, Focuses on Development Priorities

Mandera, Kenya – The County Government of Mandera has released its Draft Programme-Based Budget (PBB) for the 2023/2024 financial year, outlining key priorities for service delivery and development projects.

The draft budget is designed in line with the County Integrated Development Plan (CIDP) and the Public Finance Management Act, 2012, ensuring public participation, transparency, and accountability in the use of public funds.
