Kenyatta University has launched a pioneering Master of Science program in Sports Analytics, the first of its kind in Africa. The curriculum blends data science, performance analysis, and sports business, aiming to produce a homegrown workforce for clubs, federations, and media. We are sitting on a goldmine of sporting talent and data. This program will train experts to mine it for competitive and commercial advantage, said the program coordinator. The first cohort has attracted former athletes, coaches, and IT professionals.
