The Ministry of Education rolled out the Sports Ethics & Integrity Curriculum in all public primary and secondary schools on April 1, 2025—covering fair play, anti-doping, gender respect, and digital citizenship in sport. Developed with UNESCO and NOCK, it includes comic books, role-plays, and teacher toolkits. Pilots in 10 counties showed a 52% drop in match-fixing awareness gaps. Champions are made in character—not just competition, said CS Education Prof. George Magoha. The curriculum is mandatory for KCPE/KCSE co-curricular marks. FIFA awarded Kenya a USD 150,000 grant to translate materials into 5 local languages.
