Kenya Wins UNESCO International Fair Play Award for Sports Integrity Reform

Kenya was awarded the 2025 UNESCO Pierre de Coubertin Fair Play Trophy on November 18, 2025—the first African nation to receive the honor—recognizing its sweeping sports integrity reforms. Cited achievements: zero doping violations at 2025 African Games, transparent federation elections, gender equity in leadership, and the *Athletes’ Charter of Rights*.
