The Kenya Startup Bill (2025) provides a legal framework for supporting entrepreneurs through tax incentives and streamlined registration, while the Digital Economy Blueprint 2025 sets out a roadmap for embedding innovation into national development. Combined with the rise of tech hubs in Nairobi, Mombasa, and Kisumu, these initiatives are ensuring that startups nationwide have access to mentorship, incubation, and investor networks.
