CS Kindiki says security beefed up in Meru to deal with cattle rustlers

Interior Cabinet Secretary Kithure Kindiki has announced a major reinforcement of security in Meru County, deploying more anti-stock theft camps and elite forces to quash rampant cattle rustling.
