Overview
Beneficiaries: At least 785 trainees this year, with plans to expand to 1,500 after the first three years.
Partners: KCB Foundation and County Government of Kajiado.
Objective: Equip youth with technical skills, job creation opportunities, and self-employment pathways.
Program Highlights
Training Locations: Isinya Vocational Training Centre.
Focus Areas: Six economic pillars including hospitality, construction, mechanics, agriculture, and other trade-specific skills.
Innovation Integration: Plans to include AI, robotics, and other emerging technologies in future programs.
Funding: KSh 40 million, jointly by KCB Foundation and the county government.
